These Terms govern your use of Painted Arrow Inc services and paintedarrow.shop. By requesting a quote or placing a B2B order, you agree to these Terms.

Services

We provide B2B corporate gifting, curated gift boxes, custom print programs, and related fulfillment services to business customers in the United States.

Orders & Payment

Quotes are valid for the period stated in your proposal. Orders are confirmed upon written acceptance. Payment terms (invoice, ACH, or wire) are agreed per order. Prices exclude shipping and taxes unless stated otherwise.

Fulfillment

Production and shipping timelines are provided in your quote. Multi-recipient programs require accurate recipient data from the customer.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.
